Great Time Bassin

Been fishing the miles area for the past two days. We boated nearly 100 bass today. Our thumbs are raw. Best smallie went 6 pounds 2 ounces. Plenty of 3 to 5 pound fish.

My son landed a 13 pound Musky on 8 pound line and a tube bait. Snapped a quick photo and carefully revived and released it. This lake is phenominal fishery.

How long do you think the Musky is? The boy holding it is 6'2" and we know it a couple ounces over 13 pounds.

how far from shore are you, i really would like to get out there but never have yet. what are the best lures out there? thanks, nice fish by the way, a 6lb smallie is huge, bet it was an awsome fight

Musky might be around 38-42" depending on the girth.

Holy Cow that would be a phenomenal catch. Great job! We've had success the last couple weeks but seem to be sticking in one area. We need to spread our wings a little more. Gotta find that 5-6lber.
