Two man ticket along State line in 23 FOW. 1.8 to 2.1 mph. Bloody nose stinger spoon was best off boards 120 back with mini-disk, tutti-fruitti magnum hot-n-tot was 2nd best 68 back. bb/harness was nothing but silver bass at this speed. Beautiful day out there. Biggest fish went a hair over four pounds.
