Do any of you guys and gals have trolling plates or have you ever used them? I am trying to get down to that perfect speed when pulling harnesses. My motor wont go below 3mph and I don't really want to put an electric on my rig.

I have one. I can troll down to 1mph with my 115hp Mercury.
I don't use it much anymore since I boguht my electric but I still use it whenever out on the lake.

I got one for sale also. Happy troller.
It slowed me down about 1 to 1/2 MPH, add a bag and I was down to .8mph.

Hey nitemoves, why don't you use one of your old wallets, I am sure that it would be plenty big enough to slow down your rig. ;)
