Anyone been out harrassing the carp lately? The water temps should be right about there. We should plan a meet, greet, and shoot somewhere on St Clair for all of us "east siders".

where are some good places on st. clair to go?

Used to shoot them behind a friends house off N. River road. The sea walls kind of funneled them through. The swamp at metro beach, St. John marsh, the ditch near Selfridge. The canals were nice cause you wouldn't wreck arrows when you missed. The shallower bays should heat up faster and should show the first spawning activity. After this stretch of hot weather it will kick into high gear.

Been out around the Jackson area 3 times. Alot of shooting with alot of misses. Our best spot is on the Huron River, but haven't made it there yet.
