Brush Creek Bridge Open on Atlanta ORV Trail:
Other Temporary Trail Reroutes Announced

The Department of Natural Resources today announced the construction of a new bridge across Brush Creek on the Atlanta Off-Road Vehicle Trail in northern Montmorency County has been completed. The ORV trail in that area is reopened.

Two other segments of the Atlanta ORV Trail will be temporarily rerouted this summer while boardwalks are constructed. The impacted segments are located in:

* Section 18, T32N, R3E, Montmorency Township. The trail has been temporarily rerouted onto County Road 628 and Millersburg Road.

* Section 3, T31N, R3E, Hillman Township, north of County Road 624 and west of Voyer Lake Road. The trail has been rerouted onto a state forest road within that same section.

The temporary reroutes are marked with orange triangle confidence markers designating the ORV Trail. The bypassed trail segments will be marked closed until the boardwalks are completed later this summer.
