Steelies are back out in Burt Lake for the most part. Some buds hit a few (drop backs) last weekend closer to Indian River on fresh bags. If you're rollin' bait bring plenty of hooks and split (you'll need it). The logs in the big holes tend to grab everything that gets thrown in 'em. If you're buggin' it, hope for warmer weather (Lots!). The hatch action is not there - right now it's snow squalls. Ummmm ... is it May 20th? I feel like breakin' out my bow.

P.S. Try some of the holes behing Hackwood Campground.
