Algonac/Any luck? 05/06/2007

Anybody have any luck out on the river yesterday? Wind really made things choppy. All I got was a sucker and a million gobies:mad: . Looked like people headed in earlier than usual as well.

I didn't make it myself but my buddy went Sunday morning and pulled his limit between 6:30 and 10:00 a.m. jigging. He also hooked into a salmon that got the better of him after a 15 minute fight. As expected boat control was an issue.

Glad he got that limit. Too bad about the salmon. Fight must have been fun either way though.

We were out Sunday morning in Algonac. I only caught 1 walleye about 19".
