Lake St. Claire, any luck yesterday?

Lake St. Claire was a little rough yesterday....saw a lot of fisherman out there.....anyone have any luck?

I wasn't fishing but was out in the boat.....

Horrible...The lake is shot for a few days. The east wind tore it up. 3-4 footers all morning = no fish for my boat. Fished Metro and 400.

I tried for a short while yesterday afternoon. A short pass by Metro, 1 by the 400 and another north of the Black Creek. Never even lost a tail off my crawlers. :( Water clarity was pretty much chocolate milk. :sad:

On Saturday morning we managed to get 9 walleye south of the spillway, all nice fish 2#-6# with crawler harnesses. Green beads seemed to be the trick. Tried again Sunday but the water was all churned up and colder, not a single bite.

I dropped in at the mouth of the clinton River, ran anchor bay a little, shot over to the south channel, back out the north channel, and back to the clinton river....to say it was rough in the lake was an understatement. I spent more time in the air then I did in the water, saw lots of guys fishing, but it was a go fast day for me.
