Are there places to fish from shore at Holloway? I've never been up there but I'd like to give it a try one of these weekends soon. Thanks!

Not yet, dam was raging on Tuesday. I think they closed it yesterday, give it 2-3 more days. I will be out there Friday no matter what. Be careful launching, don't back down off the pad it sucks, Ha Ha. Did it last year. Thank god we were able to just pick up the empty trailer and get out. I learned my lesson. Yes there are plenty of shore places to fish, just grab a map from Fishing Tackle Grab Bag on M-15 for a buck or so.
Tight Lines,

We checked out the launch in Columbiaville last night. It looks launchable. It's not up to it's summer time levels just yet. But it's looks o.k. Just don't forgot about the big hole from the "power loading knuckleheads", when your backing in your trailer.
Hoping to launch there Saturday.

Boat starter right up as always. Tried pulling thunder sticks with bow trolling motor and in lines. Got 1 19" walleye. Water not up full pool yet ( maybe 2 foot down from sunner high) you can use the boat docks. Good luck.

The fishing is still a week away. The fish we been catching in the river are still spawning alot of smaller fish. Also ,with the rising of the lake brings up all the debri leaves sticks water is pretty dirty. I believe many of the big fish are out in the lake, we just need the clarity of the water to clear a bit. mothers day will be prime:tdo12: FISH-ON
