Hey Guys,
I have an old Ben Pearson Probe compound bow i used as a kid. It is an all black bow with a light gray leaf pattern painted on it. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas about an issue i am having with it?
The problem is that the main cable that goes over the cam rubs on the notch in the limb of the bow. It only touchs a bit when the bow is released, but i'm concerned about wear over time. Has anyone seen this before or possibly have a similar bow that can explain why this is occurring??? Only thing i can figure is that my father(now deceased) changed the cams on the bow to larger ones and now the cable contacts the limbs.
I've tried searching for this bow on the net with no help. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D :D
