I have the QAD Ultrarest. I noticed that the same spot on all my fletchings are rubbed slightly. I think the problem is the rest bouncing off the riser and making contact with the fletching. Does anyone else have this problem and what did you do to correct it? It seems pretty minimal and doesn't seem to affect the arrow flight. Thanks for any help.

If you have your fletch going straight up and down turn it a bit and it wont clip the rest.

You might be able to add some material (felt/mole skin) so that the rest doesn't hop as much. Also, changing your fletch orientation as suggested above could help and would be a quick fix.

They have also come out with a new Ultra-Rest that locks down after the shot, preventing it from bouncing.

I've had an ultra-rest for a couple years now and love it.

QAD ultra rest is the best rest on the market, you may have to slightly turn the nock to allow the fletching to clear properly. The LD version is great with no bouncing off the riser.
