If you like the Trojan, go with another one. You will find that most guys here have a personal preferance for batteries. But for a battery only used to start the main motor (does it run anything else?) you can get into one for as little as $49 at Walmart... or you can spend a lot more for more amp hours and cranking amps just about anywhere. It's really a choice you need to make.
I myself prefer Optima batteries. But they are pricey.

Fife,
I am assuming your battery was a flooded cell? Trojan makes a good battery. If your old one worked well which consider switching to another brand or type?
If you are looking to make a change go I would consider an AGM. They have a relative low self-discharge and do not have a charge/discharge current limit.

i have 2 batteries in my battery compartment
one runs electronics-(radio, marine radio, graph, lights etc)
one starts motor and und power tilt
they are both hooked up together to a charger
i have a 36 v trolling motor setup-but theya re fine and hooked up to a seperate system and charger
looking to replace starting battery
may also replace electronics battery if price isnt took much
they all are 6 years old(so may just do both at same time)
didnt reall feel like dropping 150 bucks on a battery, if 70 can do it
these dont run trolling motor and such

AGM is a good battery.... pricey but good. You can get Trojan batteries at Gander Mountain. I'm headed there now... I'll look at prices for you if you wish.

Looks like the Trojans start at around $60 or so at Gander. They go up in price quickly from there.
