Anyone have any snapper recipes other than soup?
Anyone trap them? What do you keep, just the backstraps or all the leg meat too.
Ever tried smoking them or making jerky?
I get quit a few and was wanting a new way to cook them.
Thought about trying that Hors d'oevers recipe with them, but I wonder if that cooks the meat thoroughly.
Thanks

I use all the meat . Put it in your crockpot with alittle water ,on low allday. This will tenderize it,then roll it in your choice of dry mix ,(I use bisquik) and frie until golden . I dont get as many snappers as I use to ,showed to many friends how to clean them ,now they do there own insted of giveing them to me
