5thWheel Passengers

can anyone tell me if you can or can't have passengers in a 5th wheel travel trailer? It seems that I have as many people saying yes as no when I ask around.

No you can not. It is in the motor vehicle code which should be available in your local library. It's too dangerous in case of a crash since the trailer will fall apart providing no protection to any passengers.
