It wont get here fast enough for me. I have over 10 bags of senkos that I can not fit into my tackle box. Got a few more baits that I think will work too.

Define "warm water".
Was wading a few months ago in a 38 degree drizzle & 25 MPH winds tossin' stEEkbaits for wald0 is that what is defined as "warm water"????
I figure if I cannot WALK on it... it's "warm water" .......

Between the steel , whities and 'other' species that ain't green or bronze.... You're one step closer to the ten-step program :

Bass can wait. Waldo and pike are open in my favorite pond. Pannies are always a good warmup. I'd rather catch a 10" gill than a 20" bucketmouth anyhow. Smallies are a different story altogether.
Just the thought of those huge LSC bronze bombers on the end of my fly line gives me the willies.

No, temprature has nothing to do with it for me. I'll be taking my first boat trip tomorrow to make sure everything works and hopefully hook at least one or twelve decent fish ;) .
Post a report no matter how sad it is.

won't be a sad report if you go fishing. just a day of fishing makes a good report in my book. ;) :fish:

I saw the post were you got your new boat, and I would be stoked to if I were you. Eventhough I don't have a new boat, I still can't wait for opening day.

Speaking of warm water fishing...today was the best and worst day I have ever had fishing! I caught a ton of legal sized wally's today:smile-mad .Too bad they won't be there in a couple of weeks. The biggest was at least 25" and she was plump with eggs.
I hate spring steelhead fishing:lol: .

Do you have any of the new Swim Senko's 4" and 5" yet? I believe these are going to be some bass killers.

I bought a few bags of the new Swimsekos... looks like a good t-rig bait.
