I made the trip to KD's yesterday, picked up a holster for my .357 ( at a killer deal I might add) and had a chance to check the place out.
Very nice full service shop. They have pretty much anything and everything a guy would need for whatever sport they're into. I really like to see a store stocked well with gear. Clean, well organized and like I already mentioned, anything you might need.
Ken knows his stuff and the service was excellent. Thanks Ken ! :)
I'd call that a pretty darned good endorsement if you asked me!!!!
Nice to see members supporting other members on the site -
Good on ya Tom -

I cant imagine that it would be hard for KD to get support on this site..
One stop by anyone into Ken's store and I am pretty sure most people would have nothing but good things to say and return there in the future...
At least thats my opinion from the few times Ive been there..
Great place and service..

OK, I'm doing an industry show in Plymouth in mid May and I've just got to get there myself ....... that is if we "westerners" are welcome?:) That is if TH didn't blow it for us! he he he
Tom, it's too bad you didn't go last Saturday(maybe a good thing for you:lol:), Waterfoul and I went there and met up with Les, the Prtymollusk and went out for some KILLER burgers afterward at the White Lake Inn. Mike picked up some fishing gear, I got some Gamma 6# line, a new rest, some Carbon Express Arrows, a tuned bow and some great advise!!!! It is a top notch place, lots of gear and plenty of experience. The Bowtech, Dave, really knows his sh,....stuff!!!!! I guess I'm glad he's 2 hours away, because I think I'd be finding myself going there A LOT more often!!!

I've been slacking.....KD's is where its at :D
A month or so ago, Ken went out of his way to hunt down a gun I was after. Went way out of his way to help me out.
I need to get back up there and pick up some fishing gear, his place is absolutly stocked. If you need it, he's got it.

Thanx Thunder....and everyone else for the kind words and support!!!
Lord knows, we need all the help we can get.
BTW....Tom brought in a new product for me to try.....I'm VERY excited about it, and will let you all know how it works after I test it.
Also, Tom is not affiliated with the company in any way.....he uses the product, and drove 3 hours to come see me and show it to me......stay tuned!!!

Sounds like a great place, I wish we had a good gunshop in Houghton Lake.
We havent had one since Lenny passed away.
Ken, If your looking to expand Lennys gun shop is still for sale. You might really like it up here. That goes for anyone else looking for such a business. Anyone?.......

Also, if you're looking for great new products to try, we're always looking for retailers.
Just thought I'd throw that in. :D
