I went to respool my reels with Fireline for Jigging and I have a real nice know I usd to connect the Mono backer to the Fireline. Problem is I can't remember the name of the knot or how to tie it!:dizzy:

I always use an Albright knot to tie my Fireline to the backing. It's fairly easy and very strong.

Here's a link to instructions on how to tie it. (Oh yeah, it has animations too)

Hope this helps.

Here is a link to the PowerPro website. They give a list of knots to use with superlines.

Click on the knot name for a diagram
