Do the statewide fishing regulations include private Lakes??? It seems like it would but at the same time I don't see how they could monitor the use of these lakes with no public launches.

Generally no. If you are on a private lake you don't have to adhere to the regs. But in order for a lake to be truly "private", only ONE person can own the property that completely surrounds the lake. And it can have no streams or rivers flowing in or out of it. If that is the case you can fish for whatever you want whenever you want. But there are a lot of people that think they live on a private lake that really isn't if you look at the true definition of a private lake.
