I was looking for a boat that was for the family( tubing sking ect. ) but I like to cast for pike and muskie and jig for walleye. I kind of like the bay boats and wondered how it would be on lake St. Claire? Any thoughts would be great. I was looking at a Triton 22lts

I think that would make a great St. Clair boat. I was looking at them myself. I have a 19.5 Champion Fishunter right now, which is pretty good, however, the 22 footer would be better.

My buddy just ordered the Triton 188 sf its a ski and fish model. Very nice boat...seen at boat shows. I have a Triton Tr-21 and its been on the 5th year and no problems at all. Triton is a class act for sure....I looked at the Lts series and with a family with a center console the seating for the wife and kids....Probley not safe for them. The 188 has great seating in rear.Go to the web site and take a look. With a 150 hp. it will go low 50's in speed. It also has higher sides for the great lakes....:D
