I was thinking about picking one of these up but have heard some mixed reviews. I've heard they have a issue with the lazer, does anyone have one that can tell me how they like it?

Thanks
Eddie

I have an RX-III. I've only used it 10 or 15 times. Seems to work ok, but it has a lot of features and no darn instruction book.

I have a RX II and love it. The clarity is great and it's smaller and lighter than the Swarovski and Leica. The True Ballistic Range is awesome also. When I was hunting in New Mexico this past fall, all the hunters were sighting in thier bows when we arrived and my Leupold, a Leica and our guides Swarovski read the same. Both of the two other hunters had Bushnells and they both read 3 yards short at 30 yards! Not a big deal if you sight in your bow according to your rangefinder, but when a guide tells you that your trophy is at 35 yards and you shoot too low you'll wish you had a quality rangefinder! Go with a Leupold, you'll be glad you did!

I've got the RX-II also-and I love it!. I've tried most of the other brands, however this one seems to just "fit". It's compact, easy to use, and feature rich. I know some of the guys knock the TBR feature, but I think it's nice to have-especially for long range shooting and high tree stand hunting. I've never heard anyone having a bad experience with Luepold either. Just my 2 cents.
