Got a brand new Excite.

Won't save pics. What's up?.........frustrated:evil: !

Can't view anything on the card reader either. Went and removed it from the woods today and it said the card was full..... after three days of use. I'm about ready to get rid of it already.

I have an Ultra II compact fash card. Will they work in a CB. The manual says it will take any "compact Flash card up to 1g." Mine are 512 mb.

Did you format the card before you put it in the first time?

I formatted it in the camera itself.

I just called CB and even the custmer service lady is baffled. She's having a "technician" call me Monday.

I was more impressed with my $100 35 mm Game Country cam than this thing.

What do you see when you pull up the card on your computer? Are you getting the DCIM file and then the 100CUDDY file? If not you have a card problem. Have you ever used that card in a different cam? I'm guessing you have. I've had problems trying to use cards that were used in different cams even after formatting. Try a brand new card if you have one and see what happens or call me with cam in hand in the morning and I'll go over it with you. The earlier the better. I get in a 7:30 715-762-2667

They're brand new cards.

Just a few minutes ago, it saved pics in the internal memory, but when I put a card in and have the cam take pics....no new pics appear.

At one point I had both of those files on the comp, but I couldn't see anything with those files.

Use Windows Explorer (My Computer). Click on Folders to bring up the folders on the left and files on the right. On the left there should be two directories if the card is formatted. Like Feed Man said, there will be a DCIM directory and then the cuddy directory under that. There you should find the files.

Think I got it figured out. Still a pain though.
