Does anyone know if spearing Suckers is legal during the winter ice fishing season? The Lexington Harbor was loaded with them this winter.

yeah it's legal to spear through the ice in the winter. It is illegal though if it is in a river. But for suckers, nobody would probably care anyway. Where is Lexington harbor located anyway?

Lexington is located on Lake Huron about one-third up the Michigan Thumb.

I thought suckers could be speared in rivers?
