Can't Touch This

We went out to Ginos again, this time, got a late start. Didn't get out till about 1 or 1:30, and could only fish until 5ish. So, i went straight to try and find my holes from last time, suprised they weren't taken. It took a couple minutes, but, got into em pretty quick. It was slower than Sunday, but, still overall good action. Suprise still that we didn't get any jumbos, same size as always. They were hitting the rap w/ bead more today, espessially the nicer( around 9") fish. I ended up getting exactly 30 keepers, over about maybe 7-7.5 inches, and up to 9. Dad got 18 same size, i have been getting those 7-9 inches(along with plenty of dinks) all winter long at ginos, but, usually i could muster up a nice 11-13 incher, not the past 2 days though i have gotten much better numbers at this spot.
BTW, holes are in between Ginos and Beacon's, i would say 250-300 yards off shore, right in front of these yellow trees(second batch, more towards Beacon's, there is a batch closer to Ginos) almost right in line with the flag pole. There are 4 holes grouped together going north to south, and right 5 feet above them are 3 other holes. My dad would fish not 30' from these holes and get nothing, and i haven't seen too many fish caught around that area cept in those holes. Perch colored jiggin rap w/bead, with one minnow pole has been the winning set up.
BTW, i think i saw open water about 1.5 miles out. Ice was 8-10 inches and weakened and it will be going fast if it does rain. The shore ice was also going. There was an idiot who parked a Dodge Ram right off of Ginos, it was on ice when we left, on the bottom of the lake when we went back in.
