I am going to try and get on a canal this afternoon.
The ice in the middle should be ok. The big question will be the edges.
What do you think the odds of my getting on are?

Dang! It is not looking good. I drove by a few canals on the way home yesterday and didn't see a soul fishing.
This weekend should be ok with some colder temps.... I hope.
