headed out for our last trip on indian this winter with Logsawer will post tomorrow. friend called from the ice last night said it was wet but safe enough for his quad. of course his idea of safe and mine arn't the same but we will see. we will be walking.

I have been taking my quad out there, I live 1/2 mile from there, a guy told me that there are no quads allowed on indian lake. The whole lake is a no wake lake, and he said it has to do with noise including atv's and snowmobiles in the winter. I haven't checked into it yet because I haven't gone out there since, maybe something worth checking into imo. Good luck!

well, we got skunked out there this time. as for no quads it would have to be posted as such. Lake Ovid is also posted as a "NO WAKE" lake, quads, 3 wheelers, and snowmobiles allowed there. A friend was visited by C.O. several years ago on the ice and was ticketed for expired registration. no mention of any other violation. I think your friend is envious of your mobility as it is a very hard lake to fish without transport.
