This is usualy the time off the tip of the thumb that night time ice fishing for burbots occurs,Has anyone been trying for them at all?

I was planning a burbot trip to Torch lake this coming week if there is ice. I would very much like to try the thumb, do you have an idea where they fish for them?

I dont have any exact locations but my guess would be from PT Austin,grindstone and up around towards caseville.Theres an article here on the front page of the forums.
