A great day @ NBP!!! Went out by myself,drilled 2 holes within 5 minutes had a school, and it didnt quit. Had to fill my bucket up with H2o till I could cull em. All in all, it was a great day, caught,84, Kept (nothin under 8) 34. Ice is fine ....I was left of the tower in 5FOW . Nice fish streamin thru~~~~First time filet ing by myself,,, hubbby is out of town, so I improvised!!! Don't ask it was Gory!!!!!Felt like a butcher!!!!!

Oh well it was a great, peacefull time, and TYVM if the guy on the quad helped my put my shanty in the back of my truck, if your a member ......TYVM!!!!!!Hope you did well!!!

Which tower? I've already taken tomorrow off work due to the great weather forecast and still can't decide where to go....

Amazing how much differernce a day makes!!! That's perch fishing on LSC!!

Very Good Job! And you know that it really doesn't matter if you hack a few fish up when cleaning them...They still taste GREAT!!!:corkysm55

Fished straight out today and stayed inside the crack. Fished from 7:00-1:00. Caught many, kept 16 8-10". Guys fishing around both sides of crack but everyone was moving alot. Did not talk to anyone that had more than us though. Schools would come through about every 1/2 hour. Wish we could have stayed for the evening bite, it was a beautiful day. Might head out in the morning if its not raining too hard. Ice was good, did not encounter any gas pockets yet.

I dont have pics, I was by myself and it was a little hard dragging my shanty through the mud,setting everything up, augering 2 holes & keeping up with the poles and culling them !!! Sorry, BIG MAN, your just going to have to take my word for it this time.

We only got a dozen and most were caught the first 2 hours of daylight.Most everyone quit by 6 is how slow they were but thanks for telling me about your spot as I like fishing there.
