Replacing and Impeller

Has anyone replced there own impeller on an outboard? I found some directions on how to do it and it doesn't seem that difficult. I would like to save a couple bucks and do it myself if possible. It a 1995 200HP Merc Offshore.

Anyone ever done this before or have any tips?

Piece of Cake. Find out what gear you need to have it when you remove that shaft. It will make it easier putting back together.
