I was at the Birch Run fishing show this weekend along with Joe Schumacher the coordinator for this tournament. We met with many sportsmen and women on Sat and enjoyed speaking with all of you. I hope we answered all your questions.

I want to thank a few sponsor's. These guys stepped up to the plate this weekend and I really want to give them a Thank You once again. Craig from "Shurestrike", Chip "Ridgeback Downrigger weights" & Larry from "Acorn Ridge Taxidermy". Many others indicated they would fill out the MDA sponsor sheet and send in something.... remember these are tax deductable for your business. If your interested please let Joe know at 989-315-1812. (Sponsors please send your Logo's ASAP to the address on the bottom of your letter we gave you.)


We have available 1 Big Kahuna Sponsor spot that will have exposure through out the Michigan's thumb in news letters, newspapers and all tournament corrispondence. Along with a bonus! , Television exposure with the MDA Telethon being held this year.

We also have Whale Sponsorships... ($150) your company logo on Team Shirts that will be given out at the captains meeting along with our custom made "Fish between the Cans" T-shirts that will be up for sale.

Big Fish Sponsorships.... ($100) your company logo on the Team Shirts only.

Products can also be donated for this event. All sponsors can hang their banner up if they so please. Thank you all for your time & interest. I hope to see you on May 5th! :fish: FISHHHHH OOONNN!!:fish:

Many of you guys have been calling Joe for Rules, Reg & Applications. I just wanted to let you know I have submitted a form to the MDA for approval to put on their website and I'll be able to linq you guys to it. Hopefully this should be done by mid-next week.

Thank you for everyones support on this. We have been getting many calls on this. I hope to see you atthe captains meeting on May 4th.

Ok.. we got the go ahead but the application is on a .pub file. It's a tri-fold double side print and I'm having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to add it on the site.

If anyone could help me that would be great. In the meantime if you want one emailed or faxed to you let me know.

We have had a few questions about our entry form. This form will be updated for future prints to clarify.

We are paying $500 in each category Slamon, Laker, Brown & Steelie. If a fish is not weighed in a category the prize money will be split between the remaining category's that had a fish weighed.

The more boats the more places we will be paying out with donated products to follow. Big fish will be $600 or more if 50 entry's or more. :woohoo1: :bouncy:come fish between the cans!:bouncy:
