View Full Version : Got my Brown Trout back!

I finally got my brown back from the taxidermy. I caught this nice hen in the fall of '05. She went about 36" and 21.25lbs. I am extremely pleased with how she came out. Thanks to Jeff Lutz of Lasting Memories Taxidermy. Now if I can only get the wife to stop complaining about having it up on the wall, I'll be all set:rant:

Don't worry about the wife's complaining, she'll either get over it or she won't. :lol:

Hey Salmo, is the guy who did your brown related to a Keith Lutz? I'm getting a brown done by Keith, and he owns Captured Memories Taxidermy. I'm expecting mine about this time next year, nice fish.

Nice fish indeed.
My unobtrusive little brookie gets to hang in the living room. It is the state fish and she is a teacher so she used it at school is probably why.
But the rest have to go in the hall :rolleyes: . At least they're up!

EDIT: Talk about ironic, my wife just said minutes ago how good those fish look on the wall, LOL! Yours will probably come around too.

Not sure Ausable_steel, but he might be related..? Jeff's place is up in Charlevoix. Make sure you post a pic of it when you get it done.

I thought maybe they were, with the same last name and similar sounding buisness names. I'll ask Keith when I drop off this month's payment.
