Can anybody give me info on road right-of-way trapping. Is it legal??
Can seem to find it in the guide.

Well...in most cases, the adjacent landowner does own the rightaway. Therefore, in order to trap on a rightaway, the adjacent land had better be state land, or you had better have permission from the land owner.

Do you mean like along the road or a utility easement?
Ask yourself this, could you bowhunt it? The answer is no, unless as mentioned, it's public land.

Must have permission to trap, unless it is State land that is open to trapping.
Check the regs or with the local field office.
