How to save No. of days per topic

Is there a way to change, and save the number of days per topic.
It always comes up 45. If I change it to 10 than leave the WebPage, It is back to 45 when I reload.
Can I save it for 10 so I don't have to down load so much info???

Should be saved and preserved if you go to your prefereneces and change it there assuming that you have cookies enabled.
