Fished out of the 3$ to park spot from 7 am to 6 pm. Only managed 14 keeps from 8 -10. Tryed shallow early with alot of moving didnt work out. Spent most of the day in 9ft of water, caught fish pretty steady all day till about 3pm (alot between 7-8) the wind wasnt bad at all in the morning tryed like hell to find them jumbos shallow. Wind picked up and all i can say is thank god for them shanty anchors!!!!Water was clear shallow and a little milky in 9'(see 6-7' down). By the way i think everyone knows by now that the 3$ spot is ginos (dont want to get yelled at)

Boedy, Giving that area a try for the fisrt time this year. Any problems getting there with an ATV from the DNR launch? Any Cracks to worry about?
Any suggestion on starting shallow or deep first. I'll post my results later

my friend had no troubles with his quad yesturday from crocker dnr, youll be fine. I was inside first pressure crack. Everyone is sayin the bigger fish are in shallow (2-5') i tryed and couldnt connect. I think youll have to work harder in shallow to find the fish but when you do could pay off BIGTIME! Good luck.

got out around 2:30 and fished a little south of Gino's in about 7 feet of water and never caught a fish. At 3:30 we moved way out where only a few people were fishing and managed only one keeper. The only real excitement was having my pole sucked down the hole before I could grab the pole . At 4:30 we moved into 5 feet of water to finish the day. the fishing was better but we only managed 10 keepers. I never saw a bucket fisherman even catch a fish? I'll give it a try again tomorrow.

If you find a Yellow spool Schooley out of Crocker its mine.
That thing shot down the hole faster than lightning! Super Dink strikes again!!
