Well it's about time for my yearly hissy fit about the vehicles RIPPING up the launch. Well this year it appears as if we have a "sponsor",,,, we all need to give Huron Excavating(white pick up) a big round of applause and a heart felt thank you for RIPPING UP the launch this evening. Frickin IDIOTS,, I swear to god. Not to mention they almost wipe out some guy on a quad towing his dad and son(it wasn't "that" close,, but "too" close). They were doing donuts all over the end of the launch. The other thing I don't get is,,, why people "have" to park on the ice when there is 50 open parking spots in the lot?? I give that launch another 2 weekends,,, maybe.:(

Thanks again,, Huron Excavating!!

I wish I was familiar with that company or had a some dealings with them. People have to realize that when they advertise on thier vehicles (or coats) their actions are a billboard. Both good and bad. I try to never wear a shirt with my company's name on it if I go out with friends after work. I really hope someone knows who they are and make the call.

I saw similar acts at S.A.N.G. that frustrated me the other day. As I walked out from the launch you could see tracks from a quad that had done several donuts on the ice right at the launch. Why can't this guy go out into the open area? Launch ice seems to be the first to go. No access,no ice fishing.
On my way back in there were two ford trucks that drove out up to the pressure crack and parked. I guess the extra 200 feet from the parking lot would have strained them. Just my two cents.

Was it a new White GMC Z-71? Me and a friend were breaking down the shanty the other night at dark and this clown was doing donuts and hi-speed passes with his lights off. I cant be sure of the companys name and I wanted to get a licens plate and unit # off the truck and call his boss and let him know what kind of clowns have the privelige of a company vehicle.

Is the Ice busted up at the launch??

Ya know,, I'm usually pretty good at getting a make and model,, this time I didn't though. This truck didn't exactly look "new",, but did have a bright yellow hitch on it.
