I am getting tired of hauling my ATV around on a flat bed tilt trailer and then leaving it hitched to my van and towing my shanty on with the ATV and stowing all my gear to the bike. I have seen fishermen on the lake with small trailers with drop ramps that look like they can be used to haul an ATV to the fishing site and then attached to the back of the ATV to haul all the equipment on to the ice. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase this kind of a trailer. I have checked Cabela's and all they have are the small cargo trailers that don't look like they would be big enough to haul an ATV and don't have drop ramps.
Thanks.

Thats what we do, take the quad off and hook the trailer to it.
Check the Trade in Times, or that trailer place on 9 Mile around 94.

Second the atv trailer form harbor freight. get the one wit the taller skinny wheels for sure! i put small sides on mine and a flip down ramp ill have to get some pics of it. follows right on your quads tracks and i can still manhandle the trailer up on its side for storage on my garage its was a live saver and so much nicer then them big bulky trailers

Got my 5x8 at Lowes for 698.00 + tax. Weighs only 350lbs.. This is a nice trailer with the drop gate. I load the quad on the trailer. Once at the ramp site I unload the quad from trailer, slide shanty into trailer, hook trailer up to quad and on the way in about 2-3 minutes.

Tractor Supply/Farm Fleet has the same kind of trailers. Back drop gate that you can drive over AND the trailer is light weight that the quad will haul it no problem..........

I was wondering about those trailers fron harbor freight for 300 bucks, Are they any good or pieces of junk? I need a trailer for my quad(0nly weighs450#) and hate to spend 600 or 700 bucks on one. Wont be hauling anything heavy around with it.

the biggest thing i did with the harbor freight ones. dont cut the plywood so it can "fold" up.. leave it one piece and used a tond of self tapping screws to hold it down stiffening the whole structure. then side rails bolted into the 2x4 pockets sealed the deal. its like a rock i have no worries of clipping along at 75mph on the highway it trails like a dream!
P.S. oh i forgot i bolted the tilt part so it wont tilt. i added hinges and a homemade drop gate to mine no ramps to pop out or spinnig to get up a slippery tilted trailer.

Those TINY wheels on those cheap trailers scare the crap outta me!!! I have a 5x8 trailer I got from Joe's Trailer in Livonia. 13 or 14 in. wheels I believe. I have no problem swinging my trailer around and yanking it with my quad,,, I just don't have to though. I have my ATV set up specifically for ice fishing,, bucket holders, rack bags,,, and NO BUNGEE CORDS!!! And I've only dumped one person outta my shanty while towing them,, LOL.
