One day, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Dorothy and Toto are going down the Yellow Brick Road to see the Wizard.
They arrive there, and the Wizard tells them that they must complete a task before they can get their wishes. They go forth and complete the task and then return.
The Wizard compliments them on their tenacity, and then says that he will grant their wishes.
He asks Bush first what he wants. The President responds with, "A brain, sir. I'd like a brain."
The Wizard declares, "You want a brain, so you shall have it!"
And with that, W gets a brain.
The others are encouraged, and the Wizard asks Cheney next what he wants.
The V.P speaks up and says, "I would want a heart, your Wizardship. People are always saying I'm cold."
"And so you shall have it!", says the Wizard.
Clinton is next.
"And what would your wish be, Bill?", queried the Wizard. Clinton looked at his companions, and gave a deviant chuckle, and blurted out....."DOROTHY!"
