Charley's Crab Beer Batter Recipe wanted

Anyone see the MOOD episode 2-3 weeks ago for the Charley's Crab Beer Batter walleye? I am trying to find the recipe and have not located it. Did anyone find/try it, if so, could you post? It looked really good.

I was reading through the posts looking for a good bluegill recipe, when I came accross this thread. I was intrigued by this mystery recipe, so I looked up MOOD TV on the net and sent off an email. The following is the reply:

Here’s the recipe for Beer-Fried Fish.

Ingredients-
3 Tbs melted butter
¼c corn starch
¼c beer
¼c flour
1 Egg

Mix beer, butter, beaten egg yolk. Add flour and corn starch. Beat egg whites until peaks form and add to mixture. Use as batter for frying fish or chicken. Enjoy.
