No fish is worth youre vehicle, or life. I guess people do not have the smarts yet. He was better off going to the grocery store and buying some perch for $9.99 a pound.

Yep, heard it on the radio a few minutes ago. Some guy from Cheboygan with his daughter. Guess they went in not far from the DNR launch.

And to think I didn't take my quad out last week on Burt as there was a solid 4" of ice under me. People do the craziest (stupidest) things. The truck should supply good good structure for fish once all the gas, oil, grease......work their way to the surface. Tight Lines.

Anytime you take a vehicle on the ice, regardless of supposed thickness, you are taking a hell of a gamble. My truck stays in the parking lot.
