Does anyone use the Golden Key Futura, Mirage Dropaway rest? I see them pretty cheap at places and want to replace my existing dropaway. But if they are not good I'll search for something else.

GKF is on the outs. It's a very good rest but if warranty issues arrise you're going to be SOL.
Other dropaways to look at are the Whammy from Spot Hogg, QAD Ultra Rest from Quality Archery Designs, the Rip Cord, Trophy Taker, and Copper John Alley Cat.

I have that particular rest on Two of my bows. I love the big scoop. No worries about clearance, or drop offs. I'm very happy with mine. Not sure if they are on the outs...but if they are i'll buy a bunch more just to have in case I do have issues down the road.
They do tune differently than the rest of the drop away rests. I paper tuned my bows with these and my moves were backwards than what I expected. I thought I was crazy.
Brought the rest to a pro shop...after a couple of moves he thought he was nuts too. But they are a little different than other drop aways.

Get the rest and you'lll be happy. I have two myself and they are very nice rests. You will need to modify one thing on it though to quiet it down. The arm that controls the drop needs a piece of shrink tubing or moleskin to quiet it from hitting the rest housing on release.

I used to shoot GKF, but now I went to the Trophy Taker and I LOVE it. It is durable, accurate, and just plain successful.
I think any drop away will do good for you, but that is my choice.
