Team Caznik 2007

Hello Member's,

This year I like to take out at least a few member's off the site each time I go fishing this year so you can get a chance to go out fishing on Lake Michigan this year. I will be fishing all my West Michigan Fishing League events, Dreamweaver event, and another one at Manistee this year during Labor day weekend. If you are intrested on joining this fun team then sign up here so I can get back with you staring in April. It was alot of fun last year taking different members out fishing with me and I like to do it again this year. I have everything to fish with, all you will have to do is bring a lunch and help with the cost. You will need to start lifting weights because team Caznik seems to catch those mighty 30-50lb. kings that you will be reeling in.(LOL :lol: ) My mission this year is to BEAT TEAM SIXSHOOTER in every event this year.:evilsmile

What was that you said in Muskegon in Nov. 2005 to Sixshooter when he was catching all the fish? Seems to me it was something like, "I don't know you, but **** you!" :D

I think SFW1960 and Sixshooter recall the moment, too. I know I had a good laugh over it. :)

Hey Tim,

Last year Team Caznik took 2nd place in the points champion ship and beat out Team Sixshooter and allmost taking first place. Hey did you know that Team Severus and Team Sixshooter is sponsored by SNICKERS CANDY BARS this year. :lol:

I'd be interested. I've followed this site for a couple years but only met a couple of other members, it would be great to pick up a few tips and meet some of the members. I'm in Beulah on most summer weekends so Frankfort and Manistee (which I've never fished) would be great.

I'm not trying to hijack the thread here. I'm buying a travel trailer and will be keeping it at a seasonal campground right on the Manistee river by the mouth of Lake Manistee. Besides the huge Kings during August and September, what else do you guys fish the river/lake for? Is there good smallie action?

Well let me tell you something little buddy. Team Caznik beat Team Sixshooter in the last West Michigan fishing league event with GLF and Waterfoul. Witch took Team Caznik ranking 2nd place in the point champion ship in 2006. Waterfoul is a good fishermen and he is allways welcome to fish on our team anyday.

Some guys fish for walleyes,perch,and steelhead during the summer over there especialy when the lake turns over.
Caz I would like to come over and fish with you one of these days.I very rarely get a chance to fish lkae Michigan but I love those oppurtunities to do so.

Now wait a minute Caz, I fished that event and it seems to me Six was doing a good deed by towing in a stranded member :help: that day and decided to throw his points to help said member saftly back to port. You got lucky. How much did you slip Alex to keep Six out of the compitition that day:lol: :yikes: :lol:

I was there, and when Six was towing in the disabled craft it was rough and the tow rope broke so we had to jettison weight. It was quickly decided not to jettison Beverly. After some debate, they decided not to jettison me, so we jettisoned my weight in salmon instead:dizzy: :lol: And as you know, my weight in salmon is enough to... let's just say it's a lot :yikes:
