Has anyone ever used an offset stabilizer bar like the one Jim Posten makes or even the Sidekick by Fuse? Curious if they make a difference when you have a quiver full of arrows, sight and rest attached to one side. Seems like a good thought.

The whole idea is to counterbalance the sight and rest, instead of having to use a bar off the fron AND a side bar. I does work well, but when you add a quiver full of arrows to the equasion, you may have to use a heavier offset bar to get the balance, or possibly have the bar further out than your bow case will allow for easy storage.

I figured casing the bow would be difficult but worth the hassle if they actually work well enough to make a difference. Would you recommend using one Kingfish? Always love to try new gadgets!

For target I preffer a V bar setup, but for hunting, the offset will help. I generally do not shoot my bow with the quiver on. An depending on the case, and weight of the bar, you may not have a problem.

Yes, I would buy one from Posten and see how it works. Better yet, call Jim and meet him at a range, and he will let you try it out first. That is what I have done!:D

If your using it for just hunting. It might be more trouble that its worth. You can add one and balance it w/ out quiver. Then have to tinker and add weights if you attach a quiver. Then balance it w/ quiver. If you dont shoot w/ the quiver on your off balance again. I use a Kyber off set. But I carry a hip quiver instead of an attached on. Just some insight. Good luck!!! And v-bars for hunting are a little over kill. unless your planning on hitting nickles on the deer at 50yds. LOL !!!!
