Anyone know where I can buy a good paper tuner? I built one a while back and I'm less than thrilled with it. I checked Apple Archery Products and didn't see one in last years catalog.

You can build a free standing one from pvc fairly cheap, or you can use an old picture frame with news paper and hang it from the floor joists or ceiling if you shoot in your basement ;)

I made one out of 1inch PVC pipe. its free standing and works out great. In a pinch I have cut the side out of a box and taped paper over it and that got the job done too.
Hope this helps

:yeahthat: my thoughts exactly...zip-tie some alligator clips around the frame, or screw them into the wood...all you need to do is get the paper taut.

Justin,
Alot of the indoor ranges have nice paper tuners at the ranges. I would call a couple in your area.
Good luck!

I have a portable paper tuner frame that is made of 3 flat steel strips with magnetic strips to hold the paper to the frame . The frame is held away from the target with a 3 piece aluminum rod that is pushed into the target . It works great !
