Sang Safe for quads?

I can't decide where to fish Saturday p.m. and Sunday a.m.
I would like to use the Grizz instead of walking. How is SANG? Gino's/Crocker? Cotton? I don't know the lake that well, and don't know all of the "go to" spots. If anyone would like a ride out and in with all of your gear let me know. Get me a limit and i'll buy all the barly pop's next time out:lol: .... come on who's in:help: me with the :fish: ! :lol:

SANG all day.....A good 8 to 10 inches now, saw quads and Machines running all over the place. As for someone to put you on fish, its surely not me. I just fish, I dont catch......Ha. Lets go to CANADA, and then i will put you on some Perch and EYES.....Mitchells and ST.Lukes......

I pick up my CA license this afternoon at lakeside! I see all of these "got my limit" threads with pictures and it makes me drool. I have never even got close to that in one day! Come on Mushy, you know you have one of those spots around here! If the ice is thick enough we could ride in comfort in the rhino.

While at sang there were some spots as much as 12 inches thick, always had 8.

I took my quad out yesterday, Its a bigger machine and is pretty heavy, Just stay on the trails, dont do what I did and try to make your own, I did hit a soft spot and watched the ice cracking in front of me. Talk about pucker factor....:yikes:

Boss is out of town, so i will be fishing today afternoon and tomorrow afternoon.
But very frustrated with my Performance thus far. The best ive pulled this year is 20 keepers for 1 trip, and ive been out 9 times. Cant fish this weekend, too many family obligations. Plus way too many YaHOO's out there.
If you can get out the next two days in the afternoon, we could try. Also waiting on an LK.Erie report. Wouldnt mind putting some Eyes on the Ice.....

When were you planning to go? I have wanted to try that area for a long time but never got around to doing it. I am tied up this weekend. I promised my son that we would go to Muskamoot and I am picking up a new car on Saturday. What do you have to do to take a 4 wheeler into Canada? I really enjoy ice fishing when I don't have to lug all my stuff on foot.

I'll NEVER forget that little incident Mike:lol: . Let me know how ya do and we can arrange something. I am planning on fishing 12:30 to dark on Saturday and dawn till maybe noon on Sunday.
