Met up with a few buddies inside the marina yesterday and fished most of the afternoon. Fishing was pretty slow for most of the day until 5-ish, then I couldn't even keep 2 rods in the water. Ended up keeping 10 nice perch 8-10" and 2 8" gills. Too bad my friends had to leave at 4 :evilsmile

Most of the keeper perch were either on minnows or a Firetiger jigging rapala with a red bead (don't remember where I read about the firetiger rap being the ticket but thanks to whoever posted it):)

It looks like the next chance I get I'm goin' over to Cotton Road

Were you in the Marina?? Can you insert a photo of the lures you used?

COHO - I was telling my buddies the same thing about prime time but the one doing the driving told his wife he would be back at 5

wcalcaterra - this should take you to a pic of the lure I used. It is approx 2 in. long and I tipped the treble with a red jensen egg.
