Only know if you take a spill...you will wish you had creepers !!....even worse if fall more than once !!

A couple $$ on creepers is a lot cheaper than a trip to ER. With this wind there is lots of bare ice, you need them.

I live on the East side of Anchor Bay and I saw something yesterday I have never seen before. Looking out my patio door that faces the bay it looked like a blizzard was coming across the ice. Then I went upstairs and noticed that all the snow was just what was on the ice and blowing from west to east. After awhile the snow was gone and the winds were still blowing. So I'm thinking that alot of the snow that may have been on the west side of the bay may now be in Algonac or Marine City!!!:lol:

Loretta and I did not make it up to Selfridge this morning while on our Sunday morning drive. But, based on what was in the bay at Harley Ensign and at Crocker there should still be some snow on the ice in close to shore. It just looked like it moved around some and there was wind blown dirt on it. There still was definately snow for as far out as the people were walking.

Yes its still slick, but do-able . you don't have to walk far. water was clearer yesterday more than than today. The wind is lifting the ice and fogging up the water. Still fish-able. I moved 100 yards today and it was clear only to find out It silted over in 30 min's . move and look . There is a lot of clean water comming down . These darn winds need to stop. good luck . let us know how you did or didn't.

Yes I strongly agree!This has been 1 of the windiest winters I can ever remember in a few years.
