Houghton-Higgins-or Similar rides to and from shanty on ice?

I just got off the phone with my father. We want to fish Houghton and Higgins. Typically I would drive him directly to the shanty in my jeep, but with this years ice conditions either it won't be possible or I won't have big enough cahoona's to attempt it. Are there any bait shops or fellas up there that could 4-wheel him to a shanty while I walked to it? For example, I know Lymans on the lake sets out shantys to rent, but would they take you to it? Am I using too many comma's?:tdo12: :dizzy: :lol:

I believe if you rent a shanty from lymans they have transportation to and from the shanty on the hour at least thats what my brother told me. We have a reservation for next weekend so we will see

Lyman's and Zager's Sportsman Resort both do. Both have bait and tackle as well.

Lyman's is on the south end, Zagers is on the NE end, near the airport.
