I stopped by the Napa store in Vernon on lunch to pick up some minnows for the outing tomorrow. They were out of pike minnows and the said there dealer was out too. Does anybody know where to get sucker minnows in the Owosso area?

Just catch a small perch or two and use them in a pinch. Or get some frozen smelt.

I've got plenty but I'm a little ways from you.....about 10 miles from the M59/US23 interchange.

Try calling Kay's (Meridian and Round Lake Rd) in Laingsburg or the party store that's right on Round Lake. They got bait, not sure if pike minnows are in stock.

It a couple miles out of the way, but not too bad if you take Price Rd over to Sessions - I think that's where you said you were going in another post.

The party store right on Round Lake is called "Dons Party Store" and has had pike and speck minnows the past few days when I was there.

I've been having the same problem in Lake Orion, the dealer doesn't seem to have what I'm looking for. Not sure what happened with his suppliers, but his bait has always been good. Ninja do you deliver? :D I'd come down, but it'll take me an hour and a half to get there and back, by then I might as well just eat the pike minnows because it'll be dark by the time I get out of work this afternoon.
