Lake Chemung

Is anyone having any luck????? I have friday off and was thinking of heading that way....... Have not been out there yet, drove by today no one fishing the sunk island of the grand river yet... appears everyone off the boat lanuch only????

Lobdell did o.k last sunday... Might head back there ?????

Went there today off the cove by the boat lanch, very very slow.... tried 5 spots from 1-20 ft of wter about 8 dinks had a nice one on snapped my 3 lb test line ..... but no one is doing much out there ... been slow

what was the ice like?

3-5 in off the lanch where it was about 20-25 deep it was 6 in ,,, over accross the lake in the ov 8 ft it was 3-4 in... they have been riding machine on the lake????

Went out in the cold today fish the lk by myself for 2 hrs and then 2 other people showed up. 1 very small perch after fishing 5 hours not good.... making ice like made from friday to today 2- 3 in depends on where ... it is now 68- 8-9 thru out.....
