My grandpa and I did make it upto, Tawas tuesday. The wind was blowing pretty strong on the way out. Didn't start fishing till about 2:30 p.m. Cought 11 in. perch about 3:30. My grandpa cought 8 in. around 5. Between 5-6 o'clock had couple schools of perch come in but couldn't keep them on the hook. Lost close to 10 very nice perch. We where fishing in 11 ft of water. The ice was 6-8 inches thick, seen couple people on quads go toward the mouth of the bay. I heard they are getting out to #3 and #4.
