fair price for 38/357 brass?

What's a fair price for once fired 38 special and 357 brass? A friends wants to buy some from me.
Any thoughts based on recent sales or purchases would be appreciated.

38s are bringing 15/1000 while 357s are 35/1000.....lot of it on the market.

sold most of my nickel stuff at Birch Run 2 weekends ago. Just some 7 Rem mag, and a bit of 270. I really got worked over, It was a great show....now I am trying to re-stock for the March show there. Probably the soonest Ill be able to do another show as we have a lot of O/T at work coming up [more money to buy those new guns!].
